WE ARE OPEN to help your pets during the current COVID-19 reopening phase. However, our waiting room remains closed to the public in a continuing effort to protect our staff and clients. When you arrive, please find a check-in form by the door, fill out completely, and return through the mail slot. Then park and remain in your vehicle. A staff member will call you as soon as possible to speak with you and have you bring your pet to the door. The doctor and staff will continue to communicate with you by phone throughout your visit.
***If you have a critically ill or injured pet, please pull up to the curb and call (704) 932-1182 or ring the doorbell when you arrive. A staff member will be out to assist you as soon as possible.***
Please be aware that we expect our wait times to be longer than normal with these procedures in place. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
